Health refers to the state of the body in which it can or can not do
a particular task under some given circumstances or conditions. Everyone has
a health but some have a good health and others have it the other way
around. We all possess health when we are born. But, do we consider it so
less important that we don't even care to maintain the one thing that we
have from birth? I certainly don't suppose so. It is usually the effect of
the surroundings in which a person resided that he is either unable to pay
attention to his health or, he becomes irresponsible concerning his health.
So, that's enough of reasoning and definition. Now, let's move on to the
question 'why'.

Why are some people healthier than others?

So, you may have seen this quite often that usually somebody has a better
health. Well, let me assure you with this- No one becomes healthy because of
diets and stuff like that. What makes them healthy is their commitment to
their lives. You must also make commitments to your life. A commitment is
different from a promise in the respect that a promise may be broken but a
commitment should never be.

What happens?

Well, usually, the reason of staying healthy is the due to the large
quantities of accumulated layers of fat. Now, why this extra fat? Well, what
happens is that after you eat anything, that seems to not to be required by
the body is either excreted out (because it can't be used by the body) or
else, it's absorbed (in this case, fat). So, now the body starts the process
of metabolism in which food is converted into energy. Now, if the body
thinks that the amount of food is 'extra', then, this food is converted into
fats and accumulates under the skin as fat layers.

Stay healthy

The best thing to change in your lifestyle would be to first analyze in your
mind whether you actually need all that energy. Ask yourself the question
that if you ate some particular food item, would you actually spend all that
energy. The other thing to do is to make a schedule of the time at which you
are going to eat. I've seen people with no fixed time of eating, so, the
body doesn't know when it should start or rather speed up the process of
digesting the food. If you eat at irregular time, your food might not be
digested properly. Therefore, you must change your food habits so as to eat
at regular time intervals. Don't eat at random; it would affect your health.

Then, there's one more thing. What if you have already gained that extra
weight? Don't go for diets. I've seed many people that start on a diet and
in the end they just give up. Or, they stay on diet for 6 days and every 7thday of the week; they finish the quota for the entire week. So, I recommend
not going for diets. This doesn't mean that you eat like beasts. Try to find
out how much the 'right amount' is for you. Consult a physician or perhaps a
dietician if you may. Once you know what the right amount is for you, DO NOT
consume more than that.

The third thing that I'd like to tell you is to do physical labour. Now,
you'd ask how I am supposed to do physical labour. Well, firstly, try to do
the work that you do with machines with hand. For example, try to dust your
home instead of using a vacuum cleaner. Get my point? Okay. Then, you don't
need to spend heavy money on getting machines and stuff for exercise. I
suggest that you get up early in the morning; you wouldn't believe how nice
you feel all day once you get up early in the morning. It improves your
metabolism. Besides, it's a good thing as well. Whenever I get late in
getting up, I feel sleepy all day. The best time for getting up is almost 15
minutes before the sunrise. That's the best time there is. If you can't do
that, then at least wake up at 6 am. And, you shouldn't make it late just
because it's a weekend. That'll affect you a lot. Believe me and try it out
for yourself. Once you get up early, go for a run. Yes, I mean run. Don't
just jog. Run!!! Running requires more energy and before you even realize,
the extra fat will be gone. If possible, go for a swim at least once a week
and swim for no less than 2 hours.

Okay, so, I believe that this little article provided a little guidance to
you. Just try these methods out. It certainly won't cost you so why not try
them out.

The final thing that I'd like to add is that you shouldn't be hasty. It'll
take time. It just can't happen in a day. Keep things going and for doing
that, You WILL have to make commitments to yourself.

If you feel that this article helped you, feel free to mail me at
prasoonshukla2211@gmail.com

If you find that you need a little extra, check out the ads featured by our
sponsors.
